After growing up in Davenport, IA, Tim Foss served in the Marine Corps, completing one tour in Afghanistan in 2011. After his military service, he ventured into entrepreneurship, owning a tea company, two sport nutrition companies, and a financial firm. Currently, he is the President of Semper Medical Services. As a proud father of two daughters, family is his priority. He spends most of his free time at the race track, embracing his role as a dedicated go-kart dad. His experiences have shaped his commitment to hard work, resilience, and family values, driving the success of his ventures and personal life.

Christian Tate serves as the CSO (Chief Sales Officer) for Semper Medical Services and founding member. He developed a passion for entrepreneurship at a young age, driving him to start his own business to achieve his early dreams. His extensive skills in communication and relationship-building, with a strong emphasis on community outreach, have been crucial to his success. These strengths have brought him to Semper Medical Services, where he continues to cultivate genuine relationships. Christian welcomes challenges as opportunities to test his skills and grow further. Garrett Allison-Glaser has built a strong foundation of tireless work ethic through the Boy Scouts of America, earning his Eagle Scout rank in February 2011. This achievement taught him valuable lessons in leadership and self-sufficiency. Throughout his career, Garrett has held various roles in leading people and team development, culminating in his current position at Semper Medical Services. He thrives on challenges, and stepping into the government contracting sector has presented many opportunities for growth. His extensive background in customer service and relationship-building makes him well-suited for this endeavor.
